La Orza de Ángel is the culmination of a lifetime dedicated to cuisine. Ángel Espejo was born behind the bar of his parents' restaurant in Cañamares (Cuenca). After several projects related to the sector, Ángel and his wife María decided to move to Chiva to open "La Orza", the establishment they had imagined so many times.
In no time, La Orza established itself as a reference venue in Valencia with a loyal clientele that values and recognises its service and cuisine. The couple’s sons, Ángel and Roberto, have continued their fathers' profession and have taken it a step further by creating the Catering & Events company “La Orza de Ángel”.
