At La Orza de Ángel Restaurant, in Chiva, we have always been committed to quality home-cooked cuisine, in which all the dishes are fully prepared by our kitchen staff. We are food lovers: we like things freshly made and "tasteful". It's as simple as that. Without any other artifice or add-ons.

Baked octopus, Mediterranean shrimp croquettes, fresh grilled cod, suckling lamb chops, entrecôte, oxtail stew…These are just some of the most popular dishes in our restaurant, which are revered by all those who taste them.
One of our great secrets is the wood fired oven - "the heart of La Orza"- which gives a unique flavour to fish, meat, seafood and bread. But this is not the only reason that has made La Orza de Ángel a benchmark in Valencia as far as home cooking is concerned.
